Privacy Policy

Daystack is a video editing app for iPhone made by Burak Sakalli. It works entirely on your device. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.

Information we collect

None. Daystack has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The app does not send any information to us or to anyone else.

Your photos and videos

• You choose media with Apple’s photo picker. Daystack only receives the items you pick and never reads the rest of your library.
• Picked items are copied into Daystack’s own storage on your iPhone so your projects keep working later.
• When you save a finished video, Daystack asks for permission to add it to your photo library. This permission only allows adding, not reading.

Storage and deletion

Your projects stay on your device. Deleting a project removes Daystack’s copies of its media, and deleting the app removes all of its data. If you use iCloud Backup or another device backup, Daystack’s data may be included in that backup under your own settings.

Sharing

Daystack only shares a video when you choose to, using the standard iOS share sheet. Where it goes is up to you.

Children

Daystack does not collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
